I cant assign users via Org chart after change to new version of LMS

Backend functionalities: user management, course management, reports, certificates, etc.

I cant assign users via Org chart after change to new version of LMS

When I attempt to interact with the designated buttons, there's no response. Essentially, the clicks are ineffective and result in no action. Additionally, I've checked the Apache logs and found no errors. I'm using LMS version 4.0.0. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Hi Sarah, please upgrade to the latest release 4.0.7
