Additional & Custom Fields

Good day,

I am trying to utilize the additional and custom fields but i cannot seem to move forward.

1. custom field: i was able to create a dropdown custom field, assign to org chart tree and view it, however, i could not find where to input the options for the dropdown.

2. Additional fields: i am able to create additonal fields, but i cannot locate where or how to link it to users or other entities within the platform, such as organizational chart nodes, courses, and learning objects. just as the custom fields, i could not locate where to inout the options for the dropdown.

Also how do i create an advanced registration.

Please assist, as there are no steps to follow in the documentation online.

Go to custom field manager (appCore/index.php?modname=field_manager&op=field_list&of_platform=framework) and click on the edit icon relative to the dropdown field.
Click add element.

Same for Additional fields.

Regarding the "advanced registration", what do you mean?

you need to assign the additional fields to your org chart nodes
