Forma 3.3.10: stuck at step 2

Hi Team,
Unfortunately I am stuck at step 2 of the installation of Forma v3.3.10, whatever the language I choose...: nothing is displayed but the step 2 title, as you can see in attached file !

Please help me, thank you by advance !

Hi there, what is your environment? Mysql/MariaDB version and PHP version?
Does Apache error log contain a fatal error?

Hi & thank you alfa24, my environment can afford MySQL v5.7 or v8.0, MariaDB10 and PHP v8.1

Forma 3.x is not compatible with PHP 8.x
Try downgrading to PHP 7.4

Please check the installation requirements: Forma 3x only supports php 7.4
To use php 8.1 you need to install Forma 4
