XML error

Ver. formalms2.2
I uploaded a simple scorm 2.1 package, and when I try to play the module,
I get the following error: ( XML exception: TypeError: tom is null )
see image1: can not upload the image.
I can not add an attachments ( Error: Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.)

The same module work without the xml error in ver 2.1

captivate 2019 publishing setting:
scorm 2004
enable reporting for this project
completion criteria: slide views 3 slides
success criteria: slide views 100% (the total is 3 slides)
data to report: interaction data
a clean installation of formalms v2.2

the error --> right at the beginning when the module is loading

In which browser you get the error ?
the scorm open a popup / new tab ?
the scorm is a 2004 version ?
the same scorm play correclty in forma 2.1 ?

I try the following browsers: Firefox, Vivaldi, IE, Waterfox the latest version on all.
scorm open a popup with the error messages and them a new tab.
scorm 2004 version 3rd edition
the same module play correctly in formalms 2.1
I can not make an attachment because the board reach the limit.

The entire log file is about 1 mb.
Can I send you the entire file

I stuck with the same problem as you explained.
Is there any solution for that.

Because i checked this on php 5.6 and 7.0 and all available versions in cpanel but this problem is with every version.

I am using farmalms 2.1
