forma.lms Installation step 2

Hi,

I'm trying to configure formalms v.2.0 on a Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with Apache2, PHP 7.0 and MySQL 5.7 but I can't get past step 2.
The MySQL Client Version section is blank, it looks like the installer can't detect it.

chek the php installation and int php.ini if it loads the mysqli modules
