How can we show Privacy Policy while registration?

Hi Team,
I have created privacy policy in the LMS as per the standard procedure. When new user register himself through the "Register" tab can we show the privacy policy before he ticks the "I agree" checkbox.
Secondly the privacy policy doesn't have Tiny CMC test box where in the look can't be changed when it is displayed to user.
Please help.
