I'm pretty non-technical. But I'd like to try to figure out if FORMA can replace the paid learning tool we have today. What the first few stes to get started?

Well, I am pretty sure you can replace your paid tool with Forma. Please take a look at http://www.formalms.org to see its main features and advantages.

If you are pretty non-technical, I would advice you to get the help of someone who is technical......

The LMS is open source, but it has to be installed somewhere and you need somebody who is able to do it.

If you prefer to see the LMS first, feel free to ask info@formalms.org and one of us will agree with you on a guided tour via videoconference.
