First Installation- to remote host

i have uploaded the file for installation in my root folder and created the database and i have followed the instructions detailed below
If you are on your home pc with your easyphp/wamp/xampp create a database trought
http://localhost/mysql/ or http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
- Upload all the files in your root directory or a subfolder
- Launch http://www.yoursite.com/install/
- Follow installation instructions
but it is returning error 404

There is something not very clear in what you describe: are you trying to install Forma on your local PC (you describe the steps to install locally) or on a remote host (your thread title says that...)?

Also, www.yoursite.com is just an example, you are not supposed to launch that URL but the actual address of your platform, be it local or on the web....

So the part related to "if you are on your home pc..." should obviously be skipped....

Skip that part, and follow the instructions in the readme.txt file: http://formalms.org/versions/readme.txt

when i type into my address

i get error 404

Therefore you might not have uploaded the files, or created the database, or correctly configured your server....

In root folder of your web you have the main website . so I suppose you uploaded forma.lms in a folder / subfolder of the root
In that case , you must enter the correct url with folder path specified :
http://www.munahealthlife.org/formalmsf ... me/install
