Stuck at Installation Step 2

Can someone please tell me the Mime Type name and Extension I must create within cpanel to get past Step 2 of the Installation process?

I would say the ones related to the extensions you will use on your LMS
pdf,doc,zip,jpg,png,xls,xlsx,docx,pptx,ppt,txt,csv,avi,mov,mp4.....

Please note that on most servers the mime types should already be configured.

This whole thing with mime_content_type() support: OFF seems more like the a quest for the Holy Grail, Hobbit or Harry Potter Adventure. In Godaddy cpanel, WHM and SSH I cannot find this Holy Grail. I've seen the magic file and LDAP (which I don't believe I need to complete installation) in WHM cpanel Apache build and checked it, but after that no. I've checked to use the previously saved version of Easy Apache, but also named the last saved version. Guru, what is my next task on this noble quest?

I also don't see fileinfo either...

Can't I just copy the php.ini file into the root directory, add a few lines of something, reboot the Apache Server and fly to the next task? PHP 5.6.23

Hi hamiltonwm3, welcome in the community!

To enable the fileinfo extension you must access your server php configuration (php.ini). Usually providers don't allow direct access to this configuration, ask your provider to enable it.

copied the php.ini file to my root and changed the name to take a look it, don't see fileinfo? Also browsed phpinfo.php and found this in the configure command --disable-fileinfo How come I'm not seeing this? Is there a config file somewhere? I SSH'd to the usr/local/lib directory where phpinfo.[h[ said my php.ini file was and tried to vi edit but it was all blue -- read only? I guess I could rename the php.ini file in my root directory back to php.ini and add the fileinfo in that file? I'm getting there, but slowly on this quest for the Holy Grail

I have now passed into the relm of the fileinfo and now passing through the /etc/my.cnf read only file. I cannot override, chmod. I am logged in as root in ssh Or at least the user name designated as root or should it be 'root' actual?
