Changing Course Types?

Is there a way to edit or modify the course types? For instance, id like to change the name E-Learning in the dropdown for Course type in the course editor.

you can change the labels in language management. pay attention that the same key / translation can be used in many screens or dropdown

Yes I know about the language changes but I'd like to edit the drop down values themselves. Are these in a table or hard coded?
