Hi,
Is there a plugin for MP4 videos? Get error message 'callmethod: media_003_video ticktime undefined. This plugin is not supported.

Hi,

you don't need a plugin. Also, can you explain where you tried to upload your file? Did you upload it in Learning Object Management?
Was it inside an html page or as a file?

That said, you need to allow the .mp4 extension under administration>main>configuration>settings>advanced>file upload whitelist (or "permitted file extensions", if it's not there.

Hi Max
Thank you for the feedback. It was the File Upload under Learning Object Management. Was able to resolve this with a setting on the database side.
