closing button

My canvas dimension : 1230x700
When I view the course as a user the lms close button is not showing.

I try to change the dimension from learning object managemet --> properties
to 1230x680 , but still the close button is not visible.

I try again 1280x627, but nothing.
I need for the user to be able to see the close button on the lms, because
in Captivate sometime the exit command fail.
I usually use a trick of adding a blank slide to the end of the tutorial and that slide
indicate to use the close button on the lms to exit.

Maybe you should not use a fixed size, but set your project as "scale automatically to fill browser window" or something like that. I don't know Captivate very well, but I've never seen this issue with any of the authoring tool I have used (camtasia, Articulate Studio, Storyline, eXe, iSpring...
