No eLearning menu to create course

Hi Guys,
Any idea how I get the eLearning link on my menu?

It seems your language file is missing or incomplete, most labels do not display their correct names. Try importing back the xml language file, you can find it inside the .zip installer

To create the course you would select the first option in your list "Management Course" which with the full language pack should show as E-Learning.
Did you try importing the language XML did that resolve your issue as I have something similar with Test Menus
