Course Category Localization

Hello,

In version 1.4.3, course category names are entered only in one language, and there is no fields for other languages, this also makes category names appear in the user interface in one language only.

How can this be fixed?

A localization (like the one you can find in orgchart nodes) should be developed in the code and in the db.
Not a very difficult task...
