Competences Question

Say I set up competence for a course with skill and expiration date and assign to a role. The users pass the course and recieve certificates.

What happens when the competence expiration date passes?

If you go to roles, click the "users" icon and then click on a specific user you'll see in his gap analysis that the expiration date for that user is past due.

And if you click on the magnifying glass you'll see the skills gap analysis for the whole company for that role. And so on.

You are probably referring to some sort of automation to make something happen (reminders, automatic re-enrollment and so on) that you would like to happen when a competence has expired. That (plus several other improvements) is something we've done for several customers, we call that "retraining". It's not a native function in Forma, rather an add-on for our customers.

Interesting. I see a field in the database for this "retraining" as well as expiration dates...
