Reservation Module question

I am trying to figure out what is preventing me from seeing the "Manage Events" tab for a course with the Reservations module added. I see it for one of my courses:

But do not see it for another where the view permissions are set the same:

Help me figure this out please?

Are you teacher or course admin in both courses?
Event management is not available to students

How do I check/change who the course admin is?

From administration-elearning-elearning-course
Click on the course subscription icon and you'll see a list of the enrolled users, with their related level inside the course.
When you create a course you are automatically enrolled as an admin, while if you enroll some other way you are automatically enrolled as a student, and you can change your level either upon enrollment or later, with the drop-down menu in the course level cell.
