White Screen on Scorm Object

Yes the course worked locally when tested before the upload.
I have published for a LMS and uploaded the scorm object successfully, however when trying to play that it just shows the blank screen. I have taken note that I should play it as user not administrator and created a normal user but still get the same error.
Yes I do have flash player
I upload the scorm without a problem but as soon as I want to play the scorm package i get the blank screen with an xml error - i have made screen prints and uploaded them under attachments

Is it the first time this happens, or has it already happened in the past?
From what I am seeing, it seems that the scorm object is "malformed" (i.e. there is something unexpected from the LMS).
If your objects used to work and this one does not, I suppose there is something wrong with it.

First of all I advise to check it against this system: it's free, it's called Scorm cloud and it's very useful to test one's scorm object.

Create a profile, upload your file, launch it and check if everything is ok. If not, there's something wrong with the object.

Last but not least, here are the typical publishing options with SL2
Select "LMS". It doesn't matter if you flag the HTML5 options or not.

With reporting and tracking, I normally use Scorm 1.2 (but the system works with Scorm 2004, too), I report to the Lms as "Completed/incomplete" and using the number of slide if I have no quiz. If I do have quizzes, I report as "Passed/Failed" and I use the quiz score.

When I am done, I let Storyline zip the output automatically so I am sure I have everything correctly zipped.

Do these options reflect what you are doing?

I have registered on the scorm test cloud and uploaded my scorm package - it runs without a problem there

I viewed the screenshots you attached

I see you are running WIN 10 , so I suppose you are using MS Edge browser.
At the moment, Edge lacks some features and is buggy. We didn't already introduced support for MS Edge.
Can you try wwwith another browser . I want suggest you Firefox or Chrome but also IE 11 ( wich is shipped also in WIN 10 ) is good enough . on mac and other IOS you can use also Safari
You can try also other browser ( e.g. Opera ) but we don't test all of them

I have tried with Chrome - the same problem, with Firefox it shows the first screen of the recorded video but now sound or progress further.
Any suggestions please?
