Dear Forma Team,

After doing the SMS required setting in the configuration tab I pressed the save button.

Once I saved the setting I get blank screen and my even i don't get the login page.

Can you please help me.

I am not getting the "Cell Phone Number Filed" variable as "Contact No." in the dropdown setting of SMS.

Please help.

Hi Mahendra,
On Forma 1.4.3 I do not get a blank screen: after filling in the required settings, they are correctly saved.

However, I have to clarify that:
- in general, you should buy SMS credit before using this function
- you should get the account information from the SMS vendor
- I don't think that the default settings from the default vendor work: they were inherited from Docebo CE, it might be that that specific vendor is no longer in business. Or that it has changed its settings.

Did you buy credit from them, and received settings from them?

Well, in your users list, do you have an additional field where cell phone numbers are stored?

I am also adding a new piece of information: with Forma 2, the SMS has been integrated with a different vendor (skebby.it)

I have bought the sms credits and received the setting. I did the required setting and got the error. I am attaching the screen shots, without sms setting but I have it. I don't have additional field with phone number in my user list.

Before posting the error we bought SMS credits of 10000 sms and tried all the option with my IT team. But we got the same error.
Sequence of activities before posting the error -

1. We bought SMS credits for reputed vendor (10000 sms)
2. We did the setting in the confirmation.
3. We got stuck as in dropdown menu as we did not get the "Cell Phone Number"
4. We tried searching in the additional filed option but we couldn't find the phone option in dropdown menu.
5. We created a additional filed with "Mobile" name as test filed, which we new was wrong but we still tried it.
6. Through user management we assigned as mandatory filed to all users.
7. We again went and checked the sms setting we saw "Contact Number" filed appeared automatically.
8. We enter the mobile number in one of the user.
9. Changed the event setting for sms "User data modified" and ticked SMS and email option.
10. Without giving error we got blank screen we kept on going back with browser option but dint succeed.
11. Finally we never got login page and we restored or previous backup

Hope this information will help to solve the option.

Hi Mahendra, sorry but I never used the "old" sms integration. What I do know is that with Forma 2 we have a new integration with a new vendor, and this one works correctly. Hope some other forum member is able to intervene and help you.

No I don't have where do I get it, just help in this regard.

What I meant is that you should add to the users list an additional field with the phone number, and fill it with the numbers, so that you know where to pick them from
