Hi when we are logged in to the back office when we try to edit any settings and save we get logged out and Invalid request displayed.
When the user clicks Jump to LMS or We get a number of error messages that have just started.
We get another user has logged in with your username - this is not true
or

{"fatal":"Security issue, the request seem invalid ! Try a new login and retry."}

Can you let me know if you have any ideas how to fix this? We cant edit courses now.
Nothing has changed on the server and we are using 1.4.2

Thanks
Tim Henley

Hi Tim, if the platform used to work and nothing changed in the server configuration, then it might be a connection issue.
Try loggin from a different network (not just another computer in the same office), does it happen from any connection?
Also, have you tried different browsers?

Hi yes we have tied it form multiple locations on different networks. We have also used different browsers.
I have thought it might need to rebuild the links or reset permissions. Is there any menu option to verify the data and test link integrity?

Thanks
Tim

If the problem is navigating within a course try reassign the menu, or create a new menu and assign it to the course
But if you are experiencing it as a superadmin in backend, it shouldn't depend on permission
Is your platform on an https url?

I agree with Alberto
Try to check your course menu (in the administration area) and once you're done re-assign it to the course. Then you should be fine.
