Error when opening a SCORM file

Hi,

A 3rd party has developed a course for us using Articulate Storyline. When opening the course we get the below error in IE 11. Google Chrome gives more or less the same message and Firefox give us a blank screen.

We have tested the course on 2 different systems including Scorm Cloud with out any problems.
Any pointers will be appreciated.

Have you tried renaming the file and removing the &?

My 2 cents that this will solve

Also I think the the "&" character into the item ID is the problem .

I thnik you must repackage the scorm removing the & from all titles , references , items, file name
