Double login Validation not working

I can log in to the system and the message 102 (Two user logged at the same time with the same username) not working.

it seems you're right. It used to work correctly until Forma 1.3 (see here viewtopic.php?f=2&t=12164) but it seems it's broken with the latest release. We'll fix it for the next release.
