Dear Team
We have upgraded from Forma 1.3 to 1.4.1 and facing the problem in admin rights. We are not able3 to see the reports assigned to this admin and give fatal error : Fatal error: Class 'Catalogue_Manager' not found in /var/www/html/new/appLms/admin/modules/report/class.report_courses.php on line 813.
Whenever we are creating a new user system generated notifications to the newly created user are not sent.
