How can I set the gradebook to default to level "student" instead of "all"?

In screen shot - deafult is "All" for us, I want it to default to "learner"

How do do so? can it be in MySQL?

The gradebook lists everyone, and so it defaults to 'All'. How do I make the dropdown default to 'student' (in our case 'learner')? This woul be helpful so that teachers can only view current students.
