Detto questo, e per completare la risposta: lo scorm ce lo devi già avere, non viene creato dalla piattaforma.
Cioé, non ti basta buttare su un ppt o un open office e come per magia diventano scorm. devi pubblicare il tuo pacchetto scorm per conto tuo, poi puoi caricarlo.

It seems your language file is missing or incomplete, most labels do not display their correct names. Try importing back the xml language file, you can find it inside the .zip installer

You should use the API

If you installed the LMS you should already have a superadministrator account. You also created a course, so I am sure you have.
